Cocktail Service

For events exceeding 100 guests we have the option to, and suggest that we, keg the cocktails to serve on tap for an efficient service. In this instance, however, beer cannot be served on tap.

Kegged Beer

We are happy to arrange cost price kegs through our network of suppliers and bring them on the day.

Wine and Canned Beer

We prefer that our clients arrange their own wine and tinnies and have it onsite ready for service. We are always here to run through the numbers with you and ensure you purchase the correct amount. For larger weddings with high volumes of alcohol, we suggest hiring a mobile coolroom and have beer and wine prechilled onsite.

Travel

Travel for Verdant bar is charged at $2 per km after the initial free 60 km round trip.

Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your date.

We understand that glasses break and accidents happen, however if replacement or repair costs exceed $100, these costs will be passed onto the client.

Our RSA trained staff withhold the right to refuse service to minors as well as those considered to be drunk or disorderly.

ORPIMENT (POP-UP BAR)

Open Bar 

You will have the opportunity to develop a menu consisting of three cocktails with our head bartender. The client is charged the cost price for all cocktail ingredients. Service charge is $1800.

Cash bar

You will have the opportunity to develop a cocktail menu with our head bartender for your guests. Guests can pay for drinks over the bar and Eftpos can be facilitated. An $800 deposit is required for this service (this deposit will be refunded if sales from your event exceed $1800).
